I Tarkov Poorly

Wipe is imminent. These might be my last raids of this wipe. I had three weapons set aside and three armored vests set aside so I could raid as much as possible, but only had time for two raids.  Raid 125 - Shoreline Off Season Loadout: Trooper Class 4 armor and an SVD, ears, meds, grenades, 3 markers, new love letter map (this one says "I love you too" on the map marker). I have always liked Shoreline as a map, but I've run it very little, I have only had one quest there.  I just got the "mark 3 ambulances on Shoreline" quest, so why not?   I'd really like to fight some raiders in places where I wouldn't normally encounter them. The goal today is to kill some things and mark some busses.  But the reality was quite different. Fighting some raiders would be great, and maybe the occasional PMC.  So off to the PvP hotspot that is Customs.  Destination: Customs Goals: Kill Things and Survive Progress: Killed some things? Raid 123 - Squashed Loadout: Class 5 Ghzel armor, AK-104 with 2x Monstrum scope and canted sight. A 75 round magazine of BP and another of PS.  2 grenades, meds, vita juice, love letter map. Spawned along roadside on Customs house side of map, just across the entrance to Customs house. I stepped into a bush and prepared my weaponry. Heard weapon fire from inside the Customs house yard. I kept to the bushes and peeked across the road, waiting. The yard seemed quiet - I heard no activity. I crept further down the road, sticking to the bushes. This week Battlestate Games has been running several special events in Tarkov.  Killa on Factory, free Labs (with Glukhar), all the bosses on Reserve at the same time, 100K USD for successful PMC+Scav extractions, fog,  no more secure containers, and now raiders on every map.  I've been jealously following these developments, but unable to get the time to join in.  I did run one scav run on Reserve (before the 100K extract bonus), but it was surprisingly quiet.  Back in real life, another event has occurred: there is a heat wave where I am. Temperatures soaring, we've been stuck in the house today, and that gave me the opportunity to play some Escape from Tarkov again.  Raid 119 - The Bunker and the Bosses The goal I set a month ago, right before I stopped raiding, was to garner the military tech needed for acquiring a beta container. I set aside some time this weekend to be able to run a bunch of raids - I even logged on during an off time to go armor shopping, so that I'd have an extra armor set after an inevitable death. But my schedule changed. Instead of the three or four raids I had been hoping, I was only able to run one. Destination: Reserve Goals: find military tech, especially virtex, iridium, military cables and tank battery kill PMCs Bunker Part 2 quest: visit 5 entrances Raid 118 Loadout: Class 5 Ghzel Armor, VSS with four 20 round magazines of SPP. 2 Grenades. Meds. Also I have the Armasight NVG gear - very useful in the underground.   And keys. I now have two: the underground marked room and RB-GN which supposedly has a tank battery spawn. Visiting those 5 bunker entrances is a hassle. It means you can't just hop in and hop out of the bunker hot-zone. This increases the exposure not just to raiders but, worse, to players.
